Every instrument we build is supported by the people who designed it. There is no support tier to escalate through — you reach an engineer.

Before you call

Have these to hand. It turns a diagnostic conversation into a five-minute one.

  • The model and serial number, from the rating plate on the enclosure
  • What the display is showing — a reading, an alarm, an error, or nothing
  • The fluid, line size and typical flow rate
  • What changed — a new installation, a process change, a power event, or nothing that anyone knows of

What we help with

Installation and commissioning

Siting, straight-run requirements, earthing, wiring and first configuration. If you send us the line drawing before the meter is installed, we will tell you whether the position will work — which is considerably cheaper than finding out afterwards.

Configuration

Units, low-flow cut-off, damping, totaliser reset, relay setpoints, and Modbus parameters such as baud rate, parity, stop bits and device ID. Menus are password protected; the manual for your instrument lists the codes, and every manual is on the downloads page.

Calibration and recalibration

We calibrate in-house. What a calibration certificate should show, and how often to recalibrate, is covered in flow meter calibration and certificates.

Spares and replacement

Electrodes, liners, gaskets, display boards and transmitters. Tell us the serial number and we will confirm what fits.

Documentation

Datasheets and manuals are on the downloads page, free and without a form. If the document you need is not there, ask — some product documentation is not yet published.

Getting in touch

Phone is fastest for anything urgent. Email is better when you can attach a photo of the rating plate or the installation, which usually saves a round trip.
